Victor was wonderful, quick to reply by email and phone before we arrived, and he arranged an early check-in. We had a very nice stay in a two-bedroom place with five single beds. It was well equipped, though a few basics like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar would have helped. There are at least three supermarkets within a five-minute walk, plus smaller local produce shops, so buying those was easy. The location worked well for visiting the Rioja region, and parking was convenient, about a block and a half away. One small problem: the apartment was turned all the way down when we arrived, perhaps because it had been empty for a few days. It was about 10ºC outside, and it took around five hours to warm up. Since I was feeling sick and wanted a nap in a warm bed, I was uncomfortable for quite a while. Even so, we’d stay again and highly recommend it.

We loved staying here. There’s plenty of room, a kitchen, and a washing machine. No dryer, but clothes can go out on the balcony. Grocery stores, bakeries, and bars are all very close.

Big windows and traditional style with a modern touch make these little apartments lovely. We only stayed the one night, but I’d like to come back.

The staff were warm, and the room was beautiful and romantic, with an amazing balcony. Right in the center of the small city, too.

Andrea’s service made the stay especially easy. She was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, with clear, quick communication from the first contact through the end. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. It’s in a quiet spot close to everything you need. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone after a pleasant, well-managed stay.
