Getting a different room was quick once we called the contact number they gave us, because the heating wasn't working during our December stay in Haro. The lobby was freezing cold, though, which made the stay unpleasant and explains my low rating. The guesthouse is generally fine: well located, clean, and with new facilities. Online check-in was handy, and the information they sent was very clear. Just don't expect to find anyone there.

The room was fine, though I think curtains that let in more natural light would help. It was quiet and about a 10-minute walk from the center. Parking worked perfectly for us in March.

It's in a really quiet area, which is a nice plus, and about a 13-minute walk to the center. Having a key to get in is very convenient. The rooms are on the small side, but they have what you need and are very clean.

Filthy room. The bedspreads were stained, the walls dirty, and there was hair under the beds. I found blood on the bathroom floor too, and the room smelled of tobacco. We pointed it out as soon as we entered, and they just said, "Sorry, that's it. You're stuck with the mess."

The bed was large and comfortable, everything was spotless, and the price was good. Check-in was online, with no reception, but the online and phone support was excellent.
