After a 2,000 km trip, we arrived to find the Marabu apartment we'd booked was occupied. We'd stayed there before, so the place was familiar to us, but they apologized and offered a different apartment. We accepted the STEAP, only to find it dirty. They offered a 200e discount, but that didn't help. I would have paid 200 E extra just to get the apartment I wanted. There were no other apartments available, and with small children and only the last hundred meters to go, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. It was very disappointing. They moved us between apartments and didn't even bring towels or clean up after the previous guests. I ended up cleaning up after other people. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone and don't recommend these apartments.
