The railway runs close by, which could bother light sleepers. Apart from that, this is a nice apartment in a refurbished industrial building, with all amenities and private parking. It's an easy walk into Hernani, and San Sebastian is only a few minutes away by car.

We were comfortable during our two nights here. The rooms are very good, and everything feels new, is well designed, and was really clean.

The room faced the railway and was noisy all the time. The windows only open partway, so there wasn't enough air, and the view was blocked. The place looked unsettling and cringe-worthy.

There are supermarkets nearby if you want to shop and cook, and the place is well connected. The apartments were clean, service was good, and the rooms felt warm and welcoming. I also liked the local cider. The air conditioning was the one annoyance: the forced-air heating made enough noise to bother me when I was trying to sleep. Still, I had a very good stay and would come back.

The owner was easy to reach on WhatsApp and replied quickly and efficiently. There's a secure, gated private car park, and both the train station and the bus stop for Donostia/San Sebastian are within walking distance. The apartment is clean, new and well equipped, with air conditioning throughout. It is in an old factory building, though, and the windows on at least the northeast side have translucent film over them. Not being able to see outside made it feel a little stuffy.
