Casa Rural Abuela Demetria

It’s a great spot for a weekend away with friends. The main downside was the apartment’s mattresses and pillows, which felt low quality and made it hard to sleep well.

José Luis was such a delight. The house itself is a 10/10, and we loved all the thoughtful details, from the foosball table and bar to the barbecue and pool. It sits in an incredible setting, and the bedrooms are lovely, each with a bathroom and TV. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks so much for everything!

The pool and porches make for wonderful stays, and the setting is spectacular. We came back to Casa Demetria with family and friends, 14 of us in all, eight years after our last visit. Some parts and furnishings show their age, especially the outdoor porches, and there’s a bit of cutlery that’s worn or in short supply. Still, the house remains spacious, comfortable, and clean. Ana and the rest of the staff deal with any problems quickly and attentively. Casa Demetria is still a place I’d highly recommend.

We got married here and spent an incredible weekend with family and close friends. It’s wonderfully peaceful, a place to truly unwind, and the house has so much space and a great layout that it opens up all kinds of possibilities.
