The staff were quite responsive and willing to help with problems, but several things made our week difficult. There was no internet in the room, and it was dirty when we arrived. It was never cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was very mediocre. The vending machine coffee was bad, and there was often not enough food. Butter and croissants ran low, and sometimes there wasn't even bread. Nobody seemed to keep an eye on supplies in the dining room. The restaurant food was poor too: for € 7, we got a defrosted pizza.

The room was good and convenient for the motorway, but we had a major problem with the cafeteria service from a male staff member. The bill was wrong and significantly higher than it should have been. We showed receipts for items they said we hadn't paid for and tried to discuss it, but they wouldn't change their minds. They also tried to charge a 20% service fee, even though the menu lists 10%. Be very careful checking what you're charged if you eat or drink here.

The staff were the best part of this village hotel, very helpful, and it has good facilities too.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. This hotel sounds like trash!
