We were there in winter and appreciated being able to check in at 13.00 pm instead of later, since our flight was early in the morning. Our host arranged it for us. The apartment is close to Ibiza town, and the balcony looking over the harbour was nice. Rooms are spacious and attractively furnished, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had enough for breakfast, but was too minimally equipped for making dinner. Our thoughtful host brought us a kettle so we could have hot drinks in the cold weather. Keep in mind that free parking is about a 20-minute walk away, and cars can only reach the apartment at restricted times. That made check-in and check-out with luggage a bit of a hassle. We enjoy walking, so it didn't bother us much.

Room 7 had a nice view, and both the room and balcony were good. The location is great, but getting in and out was a challenge: we were on Floor 4, up 57 stairs, with no lift or handrail. At night the stairwell lights kept going out, so we had to use our phones to see. We expected the room to be serviced every two days, but it wasn't. The bathroom had the basics, and there was tea and coffee in the kitchen, though those weren't replenished. The kitchen had no other basics like salt or oil. The stairs are definitely a downside.

Estella was professional, quick to help, and friendly, and the whole house, including the rooms, was spotless and even smelled nice. The room was great value, cosy, modern, fully equipped, and had a one-of-a-kind view of the port. I came home after spending my last week on the island at CBbC Suites Port Vell and had a great time. The thing I'd change is the electronic check-in, and that Estella is only reachable on WhatsApp. There are plenty of messaging apps that respect privacy and data security, which WhatsApp doesn't. I recommend staying at Port Vell Suites and hope everyone has as good a time as I did.

The apartment was lovely, with a clean, super comfy bed and an amazing sea view. The location is great, and the price is good for it. Just be aware there's no elevator, which could be a problem with heavy luggage on an upper floor. I highly recommend it.

I'm not usually a fan of remote check-in, but it worked well here. The place is one of the cleanest I've stayed in, well designed, and really comfortable.
