The owner was really friendly, and the price was low for what you get. It's a nice big room in the middle of Ibiza, just a few steps from the port. There's a little kitchen with a toaster, espresso coffee maker, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee, plus air conditioning, a lovely balcony, and a bathroom. Everything was nice and super clean. Good for one, two, or three people, or a family with a child.

This was meant to be a birthday trip for two people, and we'd already paid for flights, tours, and everything else. I booked in August, then checked the reservation myself and found out they'd overbooked. They hadn't contacted me or offered any help, and I only discovered the problem by chance. If I hadn't checked, we'd have arrived with nowhere to stay. I'm gutted and shocked. Totally shameless, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are old and have no air conditioning. With the windows open onto noisy streets, it gets oven hot. The staff were rude and didn't really speak English. It's near the port, but getting a bus or taxi can be a nightmare. The late night bus doesn't come here, so after the big venues you have to walk 4km. Avoid this place under any circumstances.

Everything feels tiny here, from the street and houses to the rooms. Still, it's a lovely spot in the Old Town, with a great view.
