Hotel Lux isla

I ended up having to change hotels after a week of trying to sort out the booking. They kept contacting me to change my card details, and when I called, the woman was very rude and hung up on me. Horrible experience. Don’t go there.

There’s no pool, but private parking is available. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast service was excellent. It’s in a suburban area, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Talamanca coast and beaches.

The staff were kind throughout our four-day holiday, and I want to thank each of them. We were close to both the center and the beach, which suited us as a couple who don’t like swimming in a pool during summer. On our last day, our flight was in the evening, so after swimming at talamanca beach we were allowed to shower even though our stay had ended. Check-out is available until 12.00, which I couldn’t find stated on any site. Our room was clean and well ventilated, though a little smaller than we expected and not a problem for us. Breakfast could be better, and the portions might not be enough for everyone. We enjoyed the stay and would choose this hotel again. Thanks again to the staff.

We spent a lovely week at Lux Isla. The hotel is in a quiet area, about a 10-minute drive from Ibiza town, and has car parking. We had a large room on the top floor with a balcony. Breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d happily recommend this family-run hotel. Thanks for the hospitality!
