The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a good hotel in central Ibiza, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, but still quiet enough to relax. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and available whenever we needed them.

The bathroom had none of the basic toiletries we needed, such as a toothbrush, hygiene set or shower cap. They also had no iron, and told us to use the laundry service instead. When we asked for an electric kettle, they said they didn’t have one and suggested we go to the bar for hot water. We were on our honeymoon and had asked for a double bed, but they gave us a twin room and wouldn’t change it. The staff and room cleaner also entered twice directly with their own card, apparently unaware they were invading our privacy. She didn’t speak English, so we couldn’t explain why it was wrong. I would never recommend staying here.

The location is handy and the staff were polite, with no complaints on that front. But the hotel feels stuck in the early 2000s. The rooms are clean but a little tired, and the rooftop pool seems more decorative than usable. Breakfast was just okay, nothing fancy. Decent, but not quite royal 👑. If you’re not too picky and just need somewhere to sleep, it does the job. For the price, though, I expected a bit more royal treatment.

We stayed one night in a decent-sized room with a mini fridge. The location is walkable to the city center, and breakfast had a good spread, including alternative milks and vegan butter.

The rooms are spacious and the location is good. Great hotel, and we’d come back 👍😁
