The Ibiza Twiins Hotel

We're still at the hotel and already can't wait to leave a review. The views are amazing, and the service, cleanliness, food and drinks are all A+. It's a really nice atmosphere, too. Chavely at the restaurant and Isabel at the healthy point were especially friendly and helpful. When we called about a water leak, the maintenance team knocked on our door within a couple of minutes. We'd recommend it 100% and will be back with friends and family.

This was our second visit, and we stayed seven nights. We loved our first trip, and this time most things were wonderful too. Everything was all-inclusive, and the staff were generally great and friendly. We appreciate their work, and after one bad incident the rest of the stay was fine. The exception was the woman serving breakfast. She was extremely rude each day when we arrived, and it seemed intentional, though we tried to ignore it. When we asked for toast and eggs, she said she didn't have time and walked away. Today was awful: when my boyfriend asked for toast and eggs, she slammed his cutlery down on him and yelled. We were very upset. It was obvious she didn't like it.

We stayed in the Suites to get ready for our wedding, and they were a perfect choice. The view was incredible, we were comfortable, and it made the whole occasion feel even more special. The food and atmosphere were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet really stood out for its range and quality. I got married at the Ibiza Twiins Hotel on September 27, 2025. The hotel’s wedding package was well organized and great value. Neus and the gentleman with glasses helped coordinate everything, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. If you're planning a wedding in Ibiza, it's a great place to consider.

The food was impressive and tasty, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were always helpful and polite. We had the best stay, absolutely perfect. Can't recommend it enough!
