The only bright spot was the Polish woman at reception. She was genuinely kind and tried to help. The room, though, was dirty, with hairs everywhere, and in such poor condition that I found it unacceptable. The mattresses were nowhere near suitable for a hotel at this price, maybe for a 10€ budget stay. I paid around 800€ and left just 3 hours after checking in for another hotel, with no refund. The rest of the experience felt like a big scam, and I can't recommend this place.

Ali at reception was so sweet, and they even left a birthday card and cute tote bag for one of our friends. We had a great time here. It's centrally located, with fun pool and bar areas. We could book excursions at the front desk, and there's even the option of getting a tattoo. 10/10, we'd come back!

The good parts were the location, strong AC, efficient and helpful cleaning staff, and a decent pool area with a view of the nonswimmable beach. That wasn't enough to make this a good stay. I was here in 2024 and it wasn't nearly this bad, but after my 2025 stay, I'm done. I can't understand the 4.6 Google rating or the official 4 star rating. At almost $300 a night, I expected a lot more. By American standards, I'd put it around 2.5 stars. The apartment was in very poor shape, with rust, possible mold, deteriorated grout and a broken shower drain. The bed had a sunken spot that I had to avoid. There were barely any drawers, so our things were left out, and I wanted them put away from sight and cockroaches. Wi-Fi only reached the kitchen or bathroom, not the bedroom. There was a cockroach in the room. Staff said they'd send someone, then after looking for it, told us our new roommate had left. Their only offer was to move us to another room. They didn't seem surprised, and I wondered if roaches were common in the area. I thought they might offer a free night, breakfast, an apology, anything, but they didn't. There was a €20 deposit for a slightly rusty iron, with no ironing board, and another €20 for a pool towel. You had to return the towel with a piece of paper or they'd charge you. The front desk staff were just fine, neither nice nor rude. My friend asked for help with her luggage and they laughed, saying, "this is not a 5 star hotel." Breakfast ends too early, not a huge deal, but it's why I skipped adding it this time. I considered moving, but other reviews said they don't refund the unused part of your stay if you leave when something goes wrong. I didn't want to spend more money or waste vacation time packing, moving, finding another hotel, and getting no refund, so we tried to make the best of it. There are many better places to spend a vacation in Ibiza. Maybe this could work for 1-2 nights if you don't get a room with surprise roommates 🪳, but I'd look elsewhere.

We were two women staying from 11-14th. August, and left feeling harassed by other guests and unsupported by the hotel. What should have been a holiday where we felt safe turned into humiliation and neglect. On the second day, around 7-8 pm, my friend and I were getting ready for the evening on our terrace. A woman in the opposite hotel building came out and spoke to us in Spanish, which neither of us understands. Three men from her building and three from ours came onto their balconies and started loudly mocking us. I caught words like nuda and todo, and understood that she was saying she'd seen us naked the night before. Then men from our building called me “puta, look at me”. I told them I spoke French and knew what it meant. There were 7-8 people involved, with others just watching. I was shaking and anxious. I went straight to reception to report it and ask for security. They sent security probably 15-20 mins later. We caught the three men from the opposite building, but the men who called me puta had already left. We returned to explain what happened. The reason for my 1 star is how Kamal, the receptionist, handled it. I explained everything. The Spanish woman came over too, and he treated her casually without holding her responsible for provoking people, watching my room and invading my privacy. She left quickly without even apologizing. I was crying and asked Kamal to find the three men who'd called me puta. After being verbally assaulted, I felt I at least deserved to confront them. He said they were closing the issue right then, that I couldn't fight the entire hotel, that I had no witnesses, and that I could go to the police if I wanted. He seemed to want nothing more to do with it. He blamed me for changing clothes in my room and told me to close the curtains. To be clear, we were not naked. The woman was provoking us. Even if we had been changing, nobody has the right to watch and announce it publicly. The incident ruined that night and the rest of our stay. Kamal did not take action to protect guests, and nearly normalized it by saying “these things happen”. I'll never come back.
