Hotel Iberum

Works well for work trips. For tourism and that sort of thing, I wouldn’t risk it.

Wow.

Breakfast was decent, and the room was clean with a really comfortable bed. It’s a decent hotel in an industrial park. Everything is self-service, but that works fine. The rooms open to the outdoors, so getting in feels cold, and in winter it takes about 10 minutes for the room to warm up.

As a regular customer, I was disappointed by how hard it was to get served, and then even getting some fries seemed to be a struggle. I ordered a half menu, but no one explained the options. When I chose a second course, they charged me for two half menus. So I was charged an extra €17.50 for not choosing the second course earlier? I don't like being treated as if I'm stupid. I pay what I owe and don't complain about the terrible service, but they charged me for two half menus instead of a regular menu, as they had for the other diners at a table spending €200, not counting what we'd ordered before. They charged for drinks too, without even including a beer in the menu. Then they told me they wouldn't charge the surcharge. Charge me what you have to, but don't treat customers like fools. We may not be the most refined customers, but we pay like everyone else, so we should be treated equally. I’m very disappointed.
