The setting is lovely, with Illetes beach close by and Palma nearby. I had a private terrace with a jacuzzi and a beautiful view, plus the indoor pool was kept at a perfect temperature. Esther made check-in especially welcoming, sharing all the information I needed. The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I fell in love with this place and would definitely come back.

Vera at the front desk made a big difference for us. She patiently answered all our questions, booked several taxis, and suggested local restaurants and sights. The hotel was a great choice for our first visit to the island. It's quiet and felt safe, with a lovely pool, private beach access, large clean rooms, and a fantastic free breakfast. There are plenty of other amenities too. I'd happily recommend it to friends and family.

The bus right outside made getting around easy, and the beach was great. The sea view room is worth choosing, with magical views and luxury bedding. The hotel was wonderful, and every staff member we met was kind. We'll be back.
