We're a Dutch couple with two kids and spent Christmas and New Year's at Iberostar. We've taken lots of Iberostar holidays in other countries and cities, and loved this one too. The customer service was outstanding from arrival through departure. Jessica, who handles customer relations, does a fantastic job of making guests feel looked after. Our spacious, comfortable room was right beside the pool. The pool was lovely and clean, and the kids had a great time with the slides and bouncing castles. The food was absolutely delicious, even better than at the five-star hotels we often visit. Another fantastic Iberostar experience, and there'll be more to come.

Our four-year-old had a blast here. We were away for her birthday, and the gifts, birthday card, and dessert left in our room made her so happy. The kids' clubs and activities were fun and gave us parents a break. It's a great place for families, the facilities were very good, and we'd happily return.

The walk to the amazing beach is short and easy, and the pool area is very nice. The buffet has a great selection and changes often, from Chinese-themed dishes and BBQ to Spanish and local food. The entertainment program is well organized and fun, and the team is made up of lovely people from different parts of Europe. The Recepción Staffel gave amazing service. I can highly recommend this hotel for families with kids. Almost all the staff spoke English and German well enough to communicate easily. There is also a doctor's office on the campus!

Everything else was really, really nice and excellent. The resort is very clean, the staff are friendly, and there's plenty for children to do. My one suggestion would be for restaurant employees to clear old plates from the buffet tables more often.

We had a fantastic holiday at Iberostar Waves Playa Park and would definitely come back. The hotel is central, near the beach, and the rooms are modern and well equipped. The food was varied and delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Franzi deserves a special thank you for making the stay more memorable with her warm welcome. There are a few things that could be better. Two gym machines were out of order throughout our stay, so regular maintenance would help. Children should not be able to wander into the gym freely, as it's not a playground. The pool lifeguards do their job, but can be too strict even when kids are just playing normally. A bit more flexibility would make things easier for families. Some rooms can get noisy, either from early morning deliveries or evening entertainment. If quiet matters more to you than a sea view, book a room facing outwards. Thanks to the whole team!
