The staff and customer service were top notch, always ready to help, and I loved how cute the hotel was. Coffee and tea were available most of the time, and the bowl of apples was a lovely touch. It’s a bit farther from the historic center, though still an easy walk. I loved both the hotel and Jerez.

We had a parking problem, but it was sorted out straight away. The hotel is great value for money, with good service and all the amenities available. It’s a nice short walk to the old town from the outskirts. The bathrooms could probably use some work, but everything was comfortable.

Everything else was wonderful, but the shower is the main thing I care about in a hotel. It flooded as soon as I used it, and there was nobody around in the evening. Too bad.

The rooftop and intimate pool area were lovely places to unwind. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is tucked away somewhere quiet, just a few minutes’ walk from the main areas. It had exactly what we wanted and needed.

The breakfast was generous and varied, and Elena served us each morning with such a bright, cheerful attitude. She even found some vegan options for me. I loved the free apples and lemon water in the lobby, too, along with the daily room cleaning and the spacious, comfortable room and bed. The large terrace was wonderful, and all the staff were lovely and helpful. We stayed with friends for my birthday weekend, 12-15 April, and I’m so glad we picked this boutique hotel. It’s in a quiet but central part of Jerez, easy to reach on foot. Highly recommended!
