The location worked well for me, less than about 20 minutes on foot from the center, with food places around the corner and a delicious gelato shop down the street. I had an affordable private room with my own bathroom, good privacy, and a door that locked securely with an old-fashioned key. You can cook your own food and lunch during the permitted hours. Getting in was easy, even if you arrive at almost any time, and the double locks made the place feel secure. I got keys to come and go, and there was usually someone at the desk to answer questions. They spoke great English. I really enjoyed my day here and would book this Hostel again.

It was easy to get here from the bus station, and the central parts of town were accessible too. The room was roomy and comfortable, with everything I needed. The shared kitchen was well equipped, and the public rooms had a stylish, very Moroccan feel. I'd recommend it for a visit to Jerez.

For an amazing price, you get a huge kitchen and a lovely terrace, plus a beautiful patio. The rooms are really well laid out, with firm beds, cozy pillows, enough storage for luggage and little things, and lots of hangers. One of my favourite hostels!! 💕

I needed my medication, which was locked in the room, and didn't get help until 8:30. The electronic door had already failed once in the daytime, but someone came and changed the batteries, so I thought it was sorted. Then it failed again at midnight. I spent two hours trying to reach them, left messages with no response, and hotel.com couldn't help either. I ended up checking into a nearby hotel. I was told afterward I should have called the emergency number, but I couldn't find it. The man who came to fix the door couldn't do it and said it needed replacing. This should have been top marks, but after this experience, beware of coming back to your room after 11 pm because the electronic gadgets can fail.

I had a terrible stay and was robbed inside the hostel. My things went missing, and the staff just shrugged as if it were normal. There were no cameras or security, and they didn't seem to care at all. One of the worst hostels I've stayed in. Avoid it if you care about your safety or belongings.
