Click&Flat Europa Fira Apartments

Apartment 3 had three beds across three rooms, but two of the rooms had beds with such bad squeaks that you could hear them from quite a distance. The mattress-on-metal-frame setup made the noise unbearable and getting decent sleep impossible. It's a shame, because the flat was well located, easy to get almost anywhere, and equipped with everything, from kitchen utensils to a generous fridge and washing machine. The owner really needs to address the beds for everyone's benefit. Maybe they won't change anything as long as people keep booking, but that seems like a poor way to run the business.

It's exactly as described, and the apartment is in a nice, quiet location. A great fit if you're going to a trade fair. Highly recommend it.

The place was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room. The woman who welcomed us was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. For a low-priced apartment, it was a nice touch to find little bottles of oil and vinegar. It looked much like the apartments on Booking.com and Airbnb, though there are several, so the mirror or door may differ. That didn't bother me. Cheap, but perfect for a weekend or vacation.

I got no resolution after reporting these problems with an apartment managed by this agency. It was listed on Airbnb for €1,995 a month, while the same apartment on the agency's own website cost €1,680. The listing called the kitchen “fully equipped,” but I had to buy pots and basic utensils. It also claimed to be 60 m², though it was actually only 45 m². One bedroom was under 6 m², which doesn't meet Catalonia's minimum habitability standards, and the windowless bathroom was 2.36 m² and practically a storage room. If you're looking for a place in Barcelona, check the measurements and conditions carefully before booking with this agency.
