Wi-Fi was good and stable, and breakfast was decent, though it was exactly the same each day. They also provided a toothbrush dental kit and a shaving kit. Beyond that, the room was very basic: there were a TV, safe, hairdryer, and basic toiletries, but no slippers, complimentary water, kettle, or coffee. The window handles were broken, so we couldn't open the windows. We booked four nights and requested after the first night to cancel the remaining three and move elsewhere. The hotel refused because the booking was non-refundable, and our financial situation meant we had no choice but to stay all four nights. We had also asked for a double bed but got twin beds instead. We picked this hotel despite its distance from the city center because Google Maps, Expedia, and other platforms showed a spa, pool, and gym. After checking in, we asked where the pool was and learned from staff that all three facilities were closed for renovation until December. They said that was only mentioned on the hotel's own website. Most guests rely on platforms like Google Maps or Expedia and may not check the website separately, so advertising facilities that aren't available felt very misleading. It was a major letdown and not what we expected. We also saw other guests unhappy for the same reason. Google Maps still shows pool and spa photos on the main page, which clearly draws people in. The hotel should state everywhere that the facilities are unavailable, rather than only on its official site. Apart from the Wi-Fi and breakfast, nothing met our expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it if you want a spa, pool, or comfort.

The room had poor sound insulation. You could hear everything, and the walls and room visibly shook whenever someone slammed a door. Noise from the breakfast restaurant carried right into the room, and dripping water in the toilet could be heard all night, making sleep difficult. The bathroom had no enclosed shower area, so privacy was minimal. There were lots of rats around the hotel, which was unpleasant and worrying. The hotel is far from attractions, shops, and public transport, so getting around was inconvenient. Breakfast was exactly the same every day. Our room window couldn't be closed, and only one elevator was working, which meant long waits. The hotel doesn't match its description and lacks basic comfort. It advertises a pool and sauna, but neither exists. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff service was excellent, and I want to make that clear. But the hotel is filthy inside and out. They market it as top-notch, yet the bathrooms are moldy, the mirrors completely rusted, and there are cockroaches. It's an expensive, disgusting place claiming to be four-star. I don't recommend it. Don't go.

During my three-month trip around Europe, this was possibly my worst stay. They sell it as a four-star hotel, which is a joke. It's an old, outdated place, and the photos are misleading. It's overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend it. The location is in an industrial area, surrounded by homeless people, far from the city center or much of anything. The gym didn't work, and the pool is underground with no working lights, so it was pitch black. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They said there weren't any spare blankets when we asked for a second one, even though we could see some behind the desk. The shower and sink kept overflowing, so the shower had to be run at a trickle. The room key kept failing, and I needed a new one every day. They can call it four-star only because it has “ammenities,” but half don't work or are terrible.
