Wow Apartments By Olala Homes

For three days, the cleaning service didn't clean the room or replace our wet towels. We asked for help and got an apology, but no action or fresh towels. The shower was broken too, though at first we were willing to put up with it. All the while, drunk people outside our only window made noise day and night, so we couldn't open it or get any peace until morning. After the trip, the company continued offering apologies without meaningful compensation. Weeks later, they offered a €20 voucher for their apartments. After such a bad stay, I wasn't about to return to Barcelona just to use that, and the offer felt insulting. Airbnb eventually refunded its charges because the rental people wouldn't make things right. An apology without action isn't enough. This company showed little respect for its customers, and I'd strongly advise against using them unless you're prepared for poor service and no accountability. Shame on them.
