The location is great: the ocean is across the street, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is a four minute walk away. But we got no rest at all over four days, and didn’t sleep through a single night. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. We could hear people walking, coughing and having fun in the next room, and a dog barked all day by the hotel entrance. There was construction and scaffolding right outside our windows, too. When we arrived, they told us we were the only travelers in the hotel, which couldn’t be true given all the noise coming from both sides of our room. We complained repeatedly, but nobody offered us another room.

Good location by the beach, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms are basic but nice enough, with a powerful shower. You can hear other people through the thin walls. Cheap and cheerful.

The room had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away, and the property is in poor repair. I wouldn’t recommend the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is why it gets two stars.

Very comfortable and clean, with good service and an excellent location. It’s great for a one star hotel, and it’s animal friendly. I recommend it.
