The room was noisy throughout, with street sounds and conversations from the corridor and neighboring rooms. We stayed in room 303. The bed and towels were clean, the room was otherwise okay, and the bathroom wasn't bad. It was hot inside from the sun, but the windows opened, and there were no bedbugs. We needed a room for half a day because my husband was unwell and needed rest before a night flight. We picked this place for the lowest price, 34.5 euros per person, and because it was closest to the city center. The hotel's reception is in the restaurant next door. We booked using a QR code on the hostel door and got into the room at 1 PM, even though official check-in starts at 3 PM. The room's electricity turns on with any card. Reception staff were fairly responsive, but disturbed us twice because they couldn't find the booking payment, which had been made with a card under another name.

The “reception” is in the restaurant next door, and they were a bit unresponsive. You need a card key to turn on the lights, but they told me to use my ID…

One of the most disgusting stays I've had. We were in room 103, and the moment we walked in, there was a cigarette smell. Dust covered the floor and shelf. Outside the balcony windows were cigarette butts and pigeon droppings. In the days that followed, one friend ended up with bedbug marks all over his body. We complained about the smell from the bed, but nobody followed up.

The location was good, with everything close by, but it was really hard to communicate because no one spoke English. Our bathroom was missing a toilet brush, and the employees didn't give us enough toilet paper.

The shower pressure was good, at least, but this is the most disgusting place I've ever slept. I know you can't expect spectacular quality in this price range, but the room should be clean enough not to have vermin in the bed. I woke up with bug bites all over my body. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear everything next door, including the TV and cabinets opening and closing. At two in the morning, I was woken by the people in the next room having sex. There was absolutely no noise protection. Avoid this hostel at all costs.
