Solineu Apartments

The price is outrageous for this quality. I really don't see how this can be called a 4 star hotel. The rooms feel cramped, with barely any space, and a lot of the furniture was dirty. There were tiles missing from the bathroom floor. The pillowcase was yellow, smelled awful, and already had hairs on it before we used it. We called to have it changed, but staff took ages to come. Service wasn't good in general. The WiFi was so useless I couldn't even message anyone, and mobile data wasn't available either. The 7th floor was extremely loud, with kids shouting. The ski area is about a two minute drive away.

I was shocked they call this a 4 star hotel. There was no kettle, coffee, tea, or drinking water, just two tiny cups for brushing your teeth. They only provided small sachets of shampoo and shower gel. I asked to borrow wine glasses and said I'd return them, and they could have charged them to my room, but they still refused. Worst 4 star hotel I've ever stayed in.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even the elderly people who stopped here as part of a trip were lovely. It's a nice, cosy hotel with a good bed and a decent breakfast, about a four minute walk from the ski lift. A few tiles were loose here and there, but nothing hazardous.

We had a great room with a sunny mountain view, and breakfast was amazing. The location's handy for the bus stop, shops, lifts, a supermarket, and a few places to eat. It could get noisy at times, and we could hear the neighbors very clearly through the bathroom wall or vent.
