Hotel Sercotel Plana Suites

Our stay was TERRIBLE, and I honestly don't understand how this place is still operating. We waited over an hour for the room despite arriving well after the official check-in time, and nobody apologized. When I asked for water to cool off after the heat and wait, they told me to get it from the vending machine. Then I saw the swimming pool, which looked like a murky pond, with green water and a foul smell. A family was leaving as I arrived and said their child had developed a rash after using it. Please check the pictures. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. I called twice and emailed, but haven't received a response. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

A great place to rest, with friendly, welcoming staff and free parking in the vacant lot across the street. It's a very clean, new hotel on the edge of a small, sleepy town in a brand-new subdivision, though it was a bit hard to find. The staff area is closed from 10pm to 6am, so you have to check in at a machine after hours.

After a long day of driving, this is a nice new hotel for an overnight stop. The rooms are nice and there's plenty of parking, though there's not much entertainment around.

If peace and quiet are what you're after, this is the place. Nicely designed, clean and tidy, with excellent service. Highly recommend.
