The owners are lovely, and the views are beautiful. It’s peaceful, with renovated, well-equipped accommodation, making it a great spot for a mountain break. The only drawback I can think of is outside the accommodation: getting to the village means taking a very narrow, steep road, and there aren’t any shops there. You have to go down to Barruera at the foot of the mountain.

Casa Paller has parking right beside it and two separate floors, which made it easy to rest. The place is immaculate, luxurious, sleeps 6, and has a barbecue. The village itself is charming and good for getting away from it all. A perfect 10/10 stay, and I’d definitely return.

The village is tiny and welcoming, and the apartment was spacious, very clean, and quiet. We spent the weekend there, and it made a great base for day trips and hikes.

Waking up, lifting my head, and seeing Durro below me through the window is an image I’ll carry forever. We spent 3 nights/4 days at La Golfa, where the views were impressive and the advice was good. The accommodation was exceptional and well equipped, with family-friendly service. Durro is a magical town, and Vall de Boí is exceptional land.

There’s also a garden with an outdoor table and chairs. The house was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent, and the people were very friendly.
