We only ate at the restaurant and didn’t stay at the hotel. It was one of our most disappointing meals in Spain. The rabbit was cooked well, but the serving was tiny, about a quarter of a small rabbit, and the sweet sauce overwhelmed it. The escudella was bland, with overcooked noodles and only two small sausage rings. I wouldn’t dine at L’Aüt again. If you’re in Erill la Vall, try La Granja instead, which was a much better experience overall. To be clear, I’m not affiliated with any of these places.

We stayed at L’Aut while visiting the area for hiking and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was amazing.
10/10
Our family of 10 stopped here and had the best time. The rooms were beautiful, the beds super comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were fresh and great. Thanks so much!
