Apartamentos Tronca Luxury

We couldn't get any privacy in the living room, since its windows look straight onto the sidewalk and a shared area. The TV and Wi-Fi didn't work, either. Getting in was a hassle, with no clear instructions or replies to our messages, and the doorbell was broken. The rooms have no windows, and the lights make a noise when switched on. We could also hear the neighbors' toilet flushing constantly. The bathroom shower was missing a door. It was a very disappointing stay.

After canceling on time, we still lost money that wasn't refunded. We feel they scammed us. There are too many similar comments here and on TripAdvisor. We don't recommend anyone stay in this filthy accommodation. We've reported them to the authorities responsible in Granada. Shameless scoundrels. Their time will come, and they'll pay soon.

Carmen was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we arrived late, and didn't make an issue of it. The apartment was very well equipped, and the shared pool areas are fantastic. We'd worried the location might be too far out, but buses connect it very well to Granada's center. That's handy, since finding parking in the center means leaving your car far away anyway. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Granada.

The pool area was a lovely place to relax, and parking was right outside the door in a very quiet residential complex. The apartment is beautifully decorated and close to central Granada. The cathedral is a 5-minute bus ride away, while the Alhambra is 5 minutes by car. It's a little dark because there are no windows, but that was fine for us since we were only sleeping there.
