The hotel is old and the room was small, but the price is great and it had what we needed for sleeping and showering. The owner was very friendly and let us check out a little later when we asked. Breakfast was complete: juice, coffee, tea, toast or a sandwich, pastries and fruit.

We were given a very spacious room, and the hotel is close to the beach and bars. The staff were unbeatable, and both breakfast and parking were perfect. I recommend it if you’re planning to spend a few days in Laredo.

After a four-hour journey, our room still wasn’t ready. We had to leave without putting our things in it, so we couldn’t make the most of the day. When we came back after lunch hoping to rest, noise from other guests and the staff made that impossible. The room really isn’t worth the price. We’ll see.

The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and it was quiet. But the room had an unbearable, putrid smell. Everything seemed to stink, including the bathroom and bedding, and the wardrobe wouldn’t open. Breakfast was brought to the table: a loaf of bread with olive oil and tomato, or butter and jam. They ask if you want it toasted, and whether you want a serving of fruit. There’s also a basket with one sobao and two palmeritas, wrapped in plastic. You can’t get seconds. I won’t be back.
