That night was rough: people in nearby rooms were yelling over each other and moving between rooms until after 4:40 am. The hallway smelled of cannabis, and despite the no-smoking rule there was a cigarette burn on the sofa. I couldn't reach staff because the emergency contact number didn't work. If you're hoping for a quiet night's sleep or traveling with children, I'd avoid this place. If you don't care about disturbing other guests, you'll probably fit in. The next day, I spoke with a very polite and apologetic man on the phone. We were told the people involved had been removed. I appreciated how helpful the staff were, so I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I liked the view, about as good as you can expect in this area. The room had the kitchen and nice bedroom I wanted, and the cleaning person kindly did a small load of laundry for me. I'd choose a room facing outside, since the courtyard view felt a bit claustrophobic.

The place was lovely and clean when I stayed in May 2022. I used it as a base to go up to Sevilla for the Europa Cup Final, and I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

We booked a double bed but were given a twin room. Be careful when making the reservation.

Breakfast was left for us to prepare: gluten-free bread, a roll, a tomato and four coffee capsules. That was fine for me, though I'm easily pleased. The apartment itself was really clean and tidy, and the woman hosting us was lovely. It smelled of tobacco, which I noticed straight away since I don't smoke. They did make me go back three times for the key, but I'd still give it a 10/10.
