Finding parking was the biggest headache. It's very expensive and paid almost everywhere, and you can't pay for more than two hours. Bring coins and be patient looking for a space, since spots near your home are rare unless you have your own. The little train is worth checking out, though. The city itself is beautiful, with a lovely beach and a downtown that's very quiet for my taste. Restaurants were average to low-end.
