The staff were excellent, really friendly, and the building was modern and kept very clean. Our room was serviced weekly, though things like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets were sometimes missed. They brought them when we asked. The apartment had a roomy, practical layout, loads of storage, including space for suitcases, comfortable beds, a good shower, and a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing gear. The kitchen was well equipped, but another chopping board and sharper knives would have helped. That was a small gripe over a month-long stay when we cooked at least four meals a week. It's near Canteras beach and the Auditorium, with a few good restaurants nearby. The more central areas are an easy 15-minute walk. There's a busy junction close by, so the balcony gets noisy, but it was manageable. With the windows closed, the soundproofing was excellent.

Javier, the manager, was so kind and helpful throughout our visit. There was also a generous welcome pack waiting in the room, with red wine, tapas, cheese, and water. A lovely touch. We spent a week in a modern, clean, spacious one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony. The beach was only a short walk away, and the hotel and service were better than we expected. We were extremely happy with our stay. Thanks for everything, Javier!

This was my second stay, and everything was wonderful again. The app made it easy to get around the whole hotel, and I really appreciated the parking for both cars and bicycles. Great spot for the beach, surfing, and restaurants.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. We were upgraded to a larger room, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The underground parking was a blessing: no hunting for a space, and the car stayed cool when we set off each day. We spent a couple of days at the art hotel while visiting Gran Canaria. It's close to the beach and made a good starting point for touring the island. Our room on the fourth floor was quite dark, though, and opening the balcony door brought in a lot of noise from the nearby main road. It might be worse on the ground floor.

A lovely apartment in a clean, modern, safe building that's well run. Restaurants, the main shopping area, and the marina are all an easy walk away. Just right.
