That sunny private yard was the highlight for me, with plenty of fresh air to enjoy. The apartment felt like home, and it was clean, safe, and well equipped. I spent two nights there on my way to Santiago de Compostela. The owners kept in touch and explained everything clearly. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, and the historic center is only a few blocks away. A great base for seeing Pontevedra.

Belén was so helpful, and the city-center location made everything easy. The apartment was immaculate, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the little details right. We felt at home.

I had to arrive outside the planned check-in hours, and the management handled it flawlessly. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and comfortable, especially the bed, and has all sorts of amenities. It's right in central Pontevedra, so getting around on foot is easy. I'll choose it first next time I'm back.

Belén really looks after her guests and makes things easy. The apartment was spotless and had a lovely feel to it. Its location meant everything was within easy reach, and it felt just like home. We had a fantastic stay.

The three stars are for the apartment itself. It was fine, though having just one bathroom was a drawback. The service was disappointing, especially given that I paid over 40% more than for the other places along the Camino and expected at least the same level of service. We had to collect the keys a kilometer away because the owner wasn't there to hand them over. My bags arrived late because the luggage company delivered them to the wrong place, which I don't blame her for. But I expected her to let me know what options were available and help make things more convenient. She messaged me only until some point in the afternoon, then got in touch at 10 the next morning, when I was already two hours away, to tell me to leave the apartment windows closed. Service matters, and I can't rate it highly here.
