The breakfast being ready before the slopes opened was useful for our ski trip to Baqueira, especially with a baby along. They also had ski storage, a cot for the baby, and somewhere for us to leave the stroller. Our room was spacious, really warm and very clean. Staff were attentive throughout, and Elena gave us especially personal attention, checking that everything was right the whole time. The hotel is well located, with parking nearby. Fantastic experience!

I've already come back once, after spending three wonderful days here. The place is right in the heart of Vielha, so it's easy to explore on foot, yet peaceful and quiet day and night. The rooms are spotless, and the breakfast buffet is just right. Staff are friendly and attentive. Elena, the owner, makes me feel at home and is always warm, thoughtful and tuned in to what I need. I'm grateful for the hospitality and will be back. See you soon, Elena!

A great choice for a few days in the mountains. The hotel is right in the heart of Vielha, close to parking, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, flexible and attentive. Thanks for everything!

The host was lovely and the location is good, but that was about it. Our bedspreads were dirty when we arrived, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. The rooms badly need renovation: the beds are very narrow, the pillows paper-thin, and there's only one electrical outlet between the two beds, which is awkward if both people want to charge a phone at night. Street noise came straight through. People partying outside kept me awake all night, and even with headphones and the radio on, I could still hear them at 3 am.
