The bathroom was shared, which was a first for us when booking a vacation stay, but everything was perfect. The hosts were welcoming, the place was very clean, and the bed linen was clean too. Towels were changed on time. There’s a kitchen with absolutely everything you need, plus a spot along the route with armchairs and deckchairs where you can relax in the sun. City Room is well placed, close to the beach, the center, shops, and lots of transport options. I happily recommend it!

It was quiet during my stay, so it felt like I had the house to myself. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen had free drinking water, coffee, and tea. The location was very good.

It’s really clean and close to the shops, with a local market right next door. The nearest beach is about a ten-minute walk. There’s free water from a dispenser and free orange juice in the morning, but you have to be quick to get some.

I stayed for more than two weeks and was completely satisfied. The internet was really fast for working, the shared kitchen and bathroom were clean with daily cleaning, and the staff were really nice. I recommend this place! I love it!!!

My flight was cancelled in March 2020 because of Covid_19, so I asked City room.las.palmas for a refund. It’s March 2021 now and I’m still waiting for my money back. Last week I got an update saying City Room Las Palmas had applied the cancellation and change policy agreed to when I booked. Can somebody from the city room please give me an answer? This is unreal!
