RK City Center Apartments

I left shortly after arriving. I have vertigo, and the stairs up to the mezzanine had no railing; the bed was up there behind glass walls, which made me feel even less comfortable. The apartment was on the ground floor, with street noise coming straight in. Its only windows were left ajar, and the curtains were barely hanging on, so there was no way to get privacy. Nothing looked acceptable to me or like the photos. Getting in was just a text with instructions to let myself in. I don't know what other reviewers mean when they mention reception. The building smelled strongly of soiled diapers and cleaning fluid. Inside, the place looked very worn, with hair on the floor, dirt on the duvet, tiny ants, and a dead cockroach by the bed. I sent messages by text and through the booking site the next morning. The only response was that they had informed their superiors. The booking site said I couldn't get a refund, and RK City Center never replied. The furniture was old, it was noisy, and I found cockroaches. I wouldn't trust the reviews.
