We had a large terrace on the ground floor, and they were happy for us to bring our dog. The town is so peaceful, just right for switching off. The apartment itself was roomy, spotless, and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend it.
We never saw the owner during the seven days, so I can't really comment on him. Getting out by car is awkward too: the house is on a very narrow dead-end street, and you have to park in the village lot. The house itself wasn't bad, but the school teacher gets annoyed if you haven't left by 9:30 a.m. because they bring the children there.
The location in Laspuña is a real plus. There was just one catch: the owner said we couldn't use the ground-floor apartment's barbecue because of fire risk. Even so, I'd recommend staying here.
We had a comfortable, clean apartment and a great time hiking around this quiet village. It was a 10.
Having the trails for hiking and mountain biking right outside was great. The apartment was fully equipped and right in central Laspuña, and waking up to the view of Peña Montañesa from the bedroom was a treat.
