Avenida Leganés

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me. I was after a budget place, and at short notice this was the cheapest I could find, but I found the €80 price a bit high for the room. The walls are thin, and I could hear a TV or voices from next door, which kept me from sleeping for a while. It's near a train station, but not a metro station in zone A. I made the mistake of buying a metro card and couldn't use it. It's hard for me to rate the hotel, though I think it's only a 2 or 3 star place.

A reasonably priced place for a short stay, with a friendly and helpful front desk. There was some noise during my stay, and I expected an explanation or apology the next morning, but didn't get one. No food service or cafe, just a coffee vending machine.

The facilities were extremely clean and well cared for. It's in a very central spot, convenient for staying in the city.

The staff are friendly, and the place is well kept. The beds and bathroom were smaller than I expected, though. The location works if you want to stay in Leganés, but it's not very close to public transport and is a long way from Madrid. I couldn't get a working iron for my clothes: there wasn't one in the room, and the one they gave me didn't work. So far, so good, but it feels like you get what you pay for.
