Miriam is the best barmaid in Lekeitio. She was so helpful and cheerful, and made our stay a really good experience.

We visited for lunch on a holiday. The restaurant is in a great spot near the bus stop and the beach, one of the main attractions. The waitresses were lovely, service was good, and the menu had tasty food. The bar and tables were full of lively people that afternoon. The place could use a bit of work to look cleaner, but the food was great overall and I recommend it.

The food was great value and the waitress was friendly and spoke English. The house patatas bravas came with cheese sauce, cheese, and bacon, which was a tasty surprise. The portion was enough for two and cost just €4. The burger with three slices of bacon came with chips that weren’t listed on the menu, and at €5.50 it was a bargain. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that the burger arrived a long time after the patatas bravas. Maybe they thought the bravas were a starter? Also, the bar needs its own listing, since it only comes up as a hotel. Highly recommended.

A lovely restaurant with amazing local dishes, vegan options, and very reasonable prices. The owner was friendly too. Be sure to order the Txakoli wine. It feels like the kind of place only locals know, so you have to visit!

Avoid this hotel. It’s above a bar in a very noisy neighborhood. We stayed one night and couldn’t sleep until 2am. A nightmare.
