We had a pleasant stay. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, though the bacon and eggs were often cold. The adjoining cafe had good food at good prices, and reception staff were very helpful. It's clean and quiet, with good bus service to Leon centre. Parking is secure and underground, but quite expensive, and each motorbike is limited to one bay.

The receptionist kindly let us park our camper in front of the hotel when we couldn't find another spot, and the staff were helpful with our special needs. The rooms are big and very comfortable. I did spot some spiderwebs on the ceiling, but they didn't affect the hotel's cleanliness. Highly recommended.

8/10
The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, and they're quiet despite being near a highway and hospital. The town center isn't far away. The building has an interesting design, with the rooms underground but windows looking out because it's built into a hill. The elevators go down, while the hallways still get natural light.

The room looked beautiful and was spotless, and the staff were good too. One annoyance: before checking in, you can't take the lift from the underground car park up to the hotel. It's also a fair way from the town center.

The cafeteria and restaurant were disappointing. The hotel is on the outskirts, near the hospital, but it's only about a 10-minute drive to the center. It wasn't busy and had a really comfortable feel.
