Everything is within a reasonable distance, and the place is good for a cheap stay. Service was pretty good and the rooms are clean and well looked after. Still, it's cold, there's no soundproofing, breakfast is the same every day, the WiFi is terrible, and the room doors are really hard to manage. Apart from that, not much to be excited about.

The price, reception, and location are the good parts. It's close to both train and bus stations, and the city centre isn't far away. But you can hear everything from everywhere because there's no soundproofing. The hotel is old, worn out, and badly needs renovating and freshening up. Worst of all are the mattresses, which matter most to me. We checked several rooms and they were all much too soft. The beds are awful. It's a cheap hotel, so the choice is yours, but definitely not for me.

The room was clean, and despite facing the main street, it stayed quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The bed felt too firm for me and the pillow wasn't great. The hotel is right by the train station, about 10 minutes from the city center. It could use some renovation, though.

I was really upset by how this hotel affected my whole stay in Leon. I booked a double room for two nights, but they said only single rooms were available and put me in one. They still charged me the double-room rate, plus an extra night's charge for the few hours I arrived before 3 pm, even though staff had told me early check-in would be free. The morning staff were awful. The woman was very rude and mean, and the man seemed high on drugs. There was no kindness or respect for customers, just rough, rude, cheap service. I've never experienced anything like it. Avoid this place if you can.
