The room felt like a tiny box, and the whole stay was a disaster. There was no A/C, a heavy unpleasant smell hit me in the lobby and stayed throughout, and the tiny room had no curtains and a safe that didn't work. The shower fell apart the first time I tried it. My door was unlocked and wide open when I arrived, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and there was no fridge. The hallway carpet looked like it was from the previous century, stained and smelly. The staff were friendly, the sheets seemed clean, and the location was convenient. Those were the only positives. What standards are used to rate hotels here?

For a three-star hotel, I'd give it five stars. The building is quite old, but the rooms were really clean and warm, and everyone on staff was very friendly. Michael impressed me with how much he knew about the city's history. He was warm and gave us lots of useful information about beautiful Leon. Thank you 🙏

It's an older property with a few updates, including a good shower, TV, and WiFi. The price is good, and you can walk to the centre from here.

The staff were nice, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The place has seen better days, though: my room was small, the phone didn't work, the shutter wouldn't come down properly, and the bathtub was one of those half-size ones. None of it mattered much, but since it was a holiday they charged 50 for a room for one person, which felt a bit expensive for what I got. I'd have given four stars if not for the price.
