The location was easy for getting around: Barrio Húmedo and the cathedral are 5-10 minutes away. The area itself was very quiet. Parking is metered, though there's a large lot two minutes away for about €3 all day. The owners were very friendly and easy to contact directly. Inside, the building and rooms have been newly renovated and are well kept. The apartment was clean and had pretty much everything: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher, plus coffee, water, milk, muffins, pastries, tea and Nesquik. There was hand sanitizer in each apartment too. The beds were super comfortable, with great linens and pillows, and the bathrooms were clean with good showers and dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. Soundproof windows meant we couldn't hear anything from the street. There was a thermostat, but we didn't need to use it. It can be easy to dash off a bad review when something goes wrong and spend less time writing about a good stay. I wanted to take a few minutes to describe this one, though I'm sure I've forgotten something.

My husband, our children aged 18 and 16, and I spent three nights here in August. We had a two-bathroom apartment, which worked really well for the four of us. It was modern, clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was close to the city center. We'd absolutely recommend it.

There's a security camera at the apartment entrance to discourage unwanted attention in the lobby. These apartments are close to the center of León, brand new, very clean and well equipped. They're also near the river and its spectacular promenade, and about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Parking is in blue or green zones, so depending on when you arrive, you may need to pay. A great place to stay.

We had an unexpected stop here after a small mishap on our holiday trip, and ended up loving the apartment. It was beautiful, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. The welcome was lovely too, especially considering how late it was. The kitchen had a packet of coffee, a little box of teas and a bowl of pastries waiting for us. We'll definitely come back.
