A great base between Llanes and Ribadesella for visiting the beaches and mountains. The apartment was clean, had parking, and came with what we needed for a short stay, plus breakfast supplies from the owner. The staff were very friendly.

Nueva is so peaceful, but everything you need is close by. We stayed a few days in the area and really liked this apartment. Fernando, who took my call, was exceptional and gave us excellent service, as did the woman who met us with the keys. I’ll come back when I get the chance.

It was much bigger than we needed, but really good.

The apartment had plenty of kitchenware, plus a hairdryer and even an iron. Fernando was a great host and made everything easy, with fabulous service. The village is lovely and well located. A perfect 10, we’ll be back!

Fernando was kind and flexible about our timing since we were traveling with a baby, and he even supplied a crib. He also suggested places to visit and eat. The apartment is in a great spot in charming Nueva. We hope to return soon, highly recommended.
