The flat was clean, comfortable, newly decorated, and had what we needed for a short stay. Juan Antonio and his lovely mother welcomed us at the door and explained the flat and village in detail. We'd booked months ahead, and the host communicated excellently with us throughout. If we're in the area again, we'd have no hesitation about booking here. Gracias Juan!

The owner was excellent, and the apartment made a great base for exploring Asturias. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by, and it was very well equipped. PERFECT!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

We arrived later than our scheduled check-in, and Juan Antonio was completely understanding. He was also fine with us bringing a van and car carrier, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean, warm on a February night, and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet, pleasant, well-located area. Our first stay at Casa La Barria, and hopefully not our last.

The owners were attentive from the moment we got there, and the house was spotless and had everything we needed. We had a perfect weekend. The outdoor gazebo was a lovely place to relax with the family. We'll come back, thank you.
