The service was awful, and the management left a lot to be desired. Two of the women treated guests well, but another one could yell at you just for asking for water. They shout and are rude. Guests are paying customers, so why treat people like that? Hospitality and basic manners are badly needed here. My impression is very poor.

Good value if you're after a cheap room. It's a nice place and I'd recommend it for a low budget stay.

If you're hoping to relax, this hostel isn't the place. The manager is described as throwing herself at people, and the reviewer says she's complained about it repeatedly but nobody believes her. They also say the hostel skimps on food and water. When it's 35 degrees outside, being limited to a glass of water hardly seems normal. I don't recommend it.

The rooms were described as a terrible hell, unbearably hot even with air conditioning. The reviewer says the food was expired, water wasn't provided, and staff took it out of your hand if you tried to take some. They also accuse the director of being rude, inattentive, shouting at and hitting people, and saving money for her own pocket. They felt the place deserved no stars and said there should at least be basic human decency toward guests. Why does nobody react, and why should ordinary people put up with this? I've never seen a hostel like it and wouldn't recommend staying even a minute.
