The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, but parking was scarce in the neighborhood. The booking app said parking was available, though it was limited and we couldn't get a space. I also can't give a good rating to a hotel that won't issue two room keys.

The neighborhood was quite rough and noisy, though there were some parking spaces beside the hotel that could be used. Our room was big and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Room 801 was lovely and quiet, with a double bed and a single, so I had loads of space on my own. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and the staff were very nice, especially as I was one of only a few foreign guests. I spent three nights here and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which cost 6.5 euros a day. The coffee was good, and I especially liked the tortilla warmed in the microwave with turkey and cheese. The chocolate croissants were yummy too. The window didn't always close properly, but everything else was great value. It's about 10 minutes from the station and 20-30 minutes from the center. Most places are an easy, flat walk, apart from the castles, which are both up hills.

I got a lot of use out of the smart TV, and the internet was fairly fast and stable. My room looked onto the street and the park below, and the room was pristine, especially the bathroom. The soundproofing from the corridor could be better, though. I could hear someone coughing in another room. Great value for the price.

They didn't even leave the most basic bathroom kit in the room, just a bit of toothpaste and a toothbrush. I've never seen that before. Unbelievable! 😨
