The staff were kind, always ready to help, and worked so well together. Their positive energy made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms matched the photos, with plenty of space, lovely decor, and a really clean feel. There was a good choice at breakfast and dinner, and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel is very close to the beach, one of the most beautiful in Lloret. The pool was clean and well cared for, and the staff brought fresh supplies to the room every day and paid close attention to hygiene. We'd gladly come back.

The food was okay, but that's about as far as I'd go. It was tasty enough, though usually cold by the time we got back to the table. The location is great, with Fenals beach a two-minute walk away and enough bars and restaurants nearby. Guests come from all over, which adds to the feel of the place. I'd been here a few years ago when it was all inclusive, and not much seems to have changed. The rooms are a bit small and look tired, but they're clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, with plenty of hot water and good pressure. A fridge and kettle would be an improvement, though space might be an issue. The staff were fantastic overall. Reception tries to help with any questions, everyone speaks English, and there's always Google Translate if something isn't understood. I'll come back, but hopefully before another eight years go by.

Breakfast was very good and the pool was genuinely lovely. For a party holiday, this hotel is perfect, though I wouldn't choose it for a family trip. We stayed just under a week, four of us across two rooms. It's simple accommodation and okay for the price. The walls are thin, and rooms near the lifts and stairs are noisy. Our friends had to move, while the rooms farther away were much quieter and I had no issue myself. The staff were either incredible and accommodating or the complete opposite. The women were always amazing, especially at the front desk. The men were hit and miss, and the older evening receptionist caused us problems. His service was poor, including a snarky response when I asked if they sold bottled water. When my bag was stolen, he told me to leave the hotel grounds while I was on the phone to the police, even though I explained what had happened and was almost done with the call. We weren't allowed to speak quietly on the phone inside.

The food was varied, really delicious, and there was always enough for everyone to find something they liked. At Alegria Fenals Mar, the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help with recommendations or little services that make a holiday easier. The hotel was very clean and tidy, with rooms maintained daily and hygiene at a high level. It made for a relaxing, pleasant stay, and I'd warmly recommend it.
