SCAMMERS The host kept €100 from my deposit at the end of the stay, claiming damage that was already there and had already been reported. I had a terrible experience and found this behavior dishonest and fraudulent. The apartment isn't worth booking if you're then faced with practices this unfair. I strongly advise against staying here, since you risk losing money for no reason. Absolutely avoid.

We got through the stay mostly without trouble, despite being a bit worried by the bad reviews beforehand. The beds were basic but fine, and the larger flats have plenty of room. It’s affordable, in a safe area, fairly close to the beach, and easy to find food nearby. The apartment came with towels, a microwave, a stove, basic cooking utensils, and a sponge and soap for washing dishes. There was no hair dryer or iron and ironing board, though you can rent those for an extra charge. We also had to buy toilet paper at the supermarket. Bring your own kettle and cooking oil, plus shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. Duvets are thin, so if you get cold easily, turn up the heat or bring an extra layer to sleep in. A few things to plan around: check-in is at 5 PM and checkout at 10 AM. Parking costs €18 a day, though in off-peak seasons you can park free on the hill by the beach and walk about eight minutes. They take a €60 deposit per person at check-in, by card hold or in cash. There aren’t many key cards, usually one for every two or three people, which was our biggest hassle. You’ll need to coordinate going in and out together, especially if your group keeps different schedules. The toilet doors don’t lock properly, so a post-it note could help show when someone’s in there. Checkout takes ages, so leave extra time. I’d stay again with a big group of friends, as long as we kept those quirks in mind and brought a few things from home.

This ruined our vacation, and I wouldn’t return even if the stay were free. I was there with my whole family to check in on December 26th. Before arriving, I called for directions because the Airbnb location didn’t match the actual one, but the receptionist showed no interest in helping. He yelled at me where I was waiting and treated me like garbage in front of a crowd. Once there, I parked and asked about the €600 cash deposit they wanted. The man at reception, who was using someone else’s name, Roxana, then shouted at me and said he wasn’t obligated to help. He shut the parking gate and wouldn’t let me drive out. We were stuck for 40 minutes until the police arrived. After they came, he opened the gate and I could leave. I had to find another hotel for my family. The receptionist was rude to me and everyone with me, and couldn’t speak properly to any of us. Worst experience of my life.

We felt humiliated by the staff and won’t recommend this place to anyone. The apartment itself was pretty and comfortable, but reception and the rest of the staff were inhospitable and very rude. They couldn’t speak any language besides Spanish. They expect guests to clean before checkout but don’t supply what’s needed, so we bought detergents and other supplies. We spent the whole last night cleaning until 5 a.m. Then at checkout they said the oven needed another clean or we’d be charged €70. We cleaned it again, but later they called us back and said it still wasn’t good enough, making us do it a third time. One staff member handed me a detergent without warning that it was corrosive and gave me no gloves. My hands got burned, with painful wounds. We also missed our bus to the airport and had to take the next one, risking missing our flight. The toilet doors couldn’t be locked, or even properly closed. Based on our experience, it seems they rely on guests to keep things hygienic instead of cleaning the apartment themselves.
