We had to spend more than an hour after arriving documenting problems in the house, which made what should have been a relaxing break stressful. Now the host is trying to charge us for small damages that were already there, apparently because they weren't visible in the photos we managed to take. That's unfair and at odds with basic hospitality and customer service. The house was already falling apart when we arrived, and guests shouldn't be made to pay for pre-existing issues. I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional rental.

There was no proper reason given for keeping part of the deposit, and the refund terms weren't followed. I got back only half, after a much too long wait. The hosts also didn't communicate at all, which made everything worse. I wouldn't recommend this place.
