Apartaments Lloret Sun

The room was clean and well located in the town center, with a balcony, a comfortable bed, basic furniture, cutlery, a microwave and a fridge freezer. The shower was warm and had good pressure. Check-in staff were friendly. There was no free parking, and the room had no TV channels, bedside table, comfortable sofa or balcony chair, though the room next door had one. We had to buy essentials including towels, soap, condiments and a toaster. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the walls let through a lot of noise. One night the neighbors were extremely noisy until 5am, and delivery people often waited downstairs on loud mopeds. Staff were unfriendly at checkout.

The apartment is basic but okay, and the location near the beach is good. Still, I wouldn't recommend it much. I've stayed in other low-budget places in Lloret that were better. They charged a 100 euro deposit at check-in, which felt annoying and unpleasant, especially for such a low-cost, low-quality place. I don't think that kind of charge is necessary. There are warnings and restrictions all over the place, including a rule against bringing a friend up for a short visit. No towels were provided or offered at check-in, and when I asked, they wanted 2 euro per towel. In summer, it would probably be too noisy near the bars and clubs. The whole attitude toward guests made the place unpleasant. Management should chill, remove the warnings and restrictions, and drop the deposit. If a guest causes a problem, deal with that person instead of making things unpleasant for everyone.

I spent two weeks at Xaine Sun Appartments and had an awesome stay. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean and decent, and the beds are okay for the price. It was almost the cheapest option in Llorret the mar. The location is right in the center, so getting around is easy. The staff were really kind and helpful. When I arrived, none of the electricity worked, but they came right away and showed me how to insert the Xaine card properly. Later the air conditioning stopped working, and they fixed it within an hour. I was on vacation alone, and the staff made the stay really nice. The room was what I paid for, and I have no other complaints.

The accommodation is a good size and a bargain. It's behind the strip next to the McDonald's. Check-in is at the xaine pRk hotel, and you can use their facilities. There's a 100 euro deposit, towels cost extra to rent, and you have to clean the place yourself. Booking online through the hotel is the best deal.
